Welcome to Road 2 Success and thank you for using our products and services. The products and services are provided by Road 2 Success, a subsidiary of ESPS Ventures, having its registered office at 4A, Edenwoods, Thane (W), 400610, Maharashtra, India.

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS REFUND POLICY

It is the customers' responsibility to familiarize themselves with the r2s – Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Payment Policy"). By placing an order for any of our Services (as defined in the r2s – Terms of Service), you indicate that you have read and understood this Payment Policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms and conditions of this Payment Policy.

If you do not agree with or fully accept any terms or conditions of this Payment Policy, we request that you do not place an order with us.

BILLING & PAYMENT

r2s may in future provide a detailed billing summary in the format of its choice, which may change from time to time. This summary may be found by logging into your r2s Account (if you have registered and created an r2s Account) on the Site. Users having r2s Accounts may make electronic payments (by Credit Card, Debit Card, Prepaid Cash Card, Netbanking and Paypal account) according to the Subscription package of their choice. r2s Account holders may choose from a range of Subscription packages offered by r2s including, but not restricted to, 'One-Time', 'Monthly', 'Quarterly, 'Half Yearly' and 'Yearly' Subscription packages. While making payments (by Credit Card, Debit Card, Prepaid Cash Card, Netbanking or Paypal account), r2s Account holders should carefully select the Subscription package suitable for them from the range of options provided on the Site. The detailed information about the benefits of each Subscription package and the Services offered therein are provided on the Services webpage to enable r2s Account holders to make an educated and informed choice. Therefore, once any r2s Account holder makes a choice and proceeds to the payment gateway, no additional notice or consent will be required for charging such r2s Account holder's Credit Card, Debit Card, Prepaid Cash Card, Netbanking or Paypal account, as the case may be.

NO REFUND OR CANCELLATION

The Services available for purchase on our Site are pre-tested and functional. The instruction video(s) allow you to preview and evaluate our Services before making a purchase decision. Please view the instruction video(s) and follow the instructions carefully before placing your order(s) and making the online payment(s). Please also ensure that video(s) uploaded by you are in format compatible with our system.

If you purchase one of our Services, after your payment has been cleared your permission to upload videos will be activated. Once the permission is granted, no refund or cancellation will be given. We have this policy since it is not possible to revoke the permission granted for uploading video(s).

Our support staffs are available to provide assistance via email and/or telephone. We strongly recommend that all customers view and understand the instruction video(s) and read the Service benefits offered under each Subscription package prior to making a purchase. No refund or cancellation will be made once a purchase is made. Once purchase is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final with no refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the r2s Account you use to make payment and all charges that result from those purchases. r2s is not responsible for any purchase for an incorrect r2s Account. However, if in a transaction performed by any customer on the Site, money has been charged to his/her Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account and he/she is not able to upload video(s) within 24 hours of completion of the transaction then the customer may inform us at our customer services email address and/or telephone number mentioned on the Contact Us page. Please include in the email the following details - the r2s Account username, Operator Name, Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number. r2s shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to the customer's Credit/Debit Card or bank account, as the case may be, without delivery of the Services, then your r2s Account will be credited with the amount charged to your Credit/Debit Card or bank account, as the case may be, for the appropriate amount, if received by r2s.
